Greeters & Ushers
We are Enrique (Henry) & Adriana Sanchez, leaders of the "Greeters,Ushers & Parking Lot Attendants Ministry".
We have been active members of His Place since February 2007.
Adriana comes from a Catholic and Henry from a Methodist background. Our family consist of 2 girls Cassandra & Cynthia and 2 boys Rique & Michael ages range from 18 to 22.
We had been in search of a church for years. We had been to both large and small Churches never feeling quite comfortable. As soon as we were greeted at his place with a big hug from Papa we instantly felt welcomed. We have found God here and are at ease with our new family. Pastor Joe's ability to teach the word in laymans terms inspires us.
We became greeters to serve God in September 2007, we felt it would be a good way to meet everyone in our Church family and it has worked out well for us. In March 2008 we were asked to take over the ministry, we happily excepted the task.
We take our ministry very seriously. We understand the we are the first impression of our lovely Church to all newcomers. We want people to feel as comfortable as we did when we first walked through the doors.
As our Church is growing there is a need for more greeters, ushers & parking lot attendants. This ministry is a GREAT way to become familiar with all the faces in our congregation, while serving Christ.
